As our bones and joints age during the aging process, symptoms and complaints may appear that can fundamentally impair our ability to perform regular work or even our quality of life. Although there are many different medications available that are used in medicine in this area, they all have one thing in common: regular use can cause life-threatening side effects. At the same time, a large number of medicinal herbs are known to have beneficial effects on these diseases without the need to worry about side effects. Dr. Péter Pál Varga will present the position of modern medicine on herbal oils in his lecture, and after the lecture, Erika Litkey will moderate a discussion with the audience on the benefits of daily use of herbal oils.
